You Can Have a Happy Family

Steps to Enjoying Your Marriage and Children

Picture
YOU can’t perfect your family.

YOUR SPOUSE can’t perfect your family.

NO ONE can perfect your family.

But there is hope…GOD CAN!

Join Amanda on her journey to find contentment. She takes you through her personal testimony and reveals the steps God taught her that freed her from insecurity, strife, distrust, resentment, and chaos in her marriage.

She shares with you how to enjoy your family while waiting on God to restore, transform, and perfect you, your spouse, and your children. This book is a guide to a total FAMILY makeover.

As a mom of four children ages one to ten, Amanda understands the struggles of raising a family today.  She shares her own struggles along with testimonies and needs of other families. And she helps you apply true Biblical solutions to the problems that marriages and families encounter today.

God only needs ONE willing heart to change a whole family. Why not let that heart be yours?

The LORD will perfect that which concerns me: your mercy, O LORD, endures forever: forsake not the works of your own hands.

—Psalm 138:8

The LOVE Walk

A 15 - Week Devotional on 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Picture

"The LOVE Walk" is a fifteen week devotional created to encourage and support you in your love walk. Each devotional focuses on a different characteristic of love as described in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8:

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails...."

Each chapter includes an encouragement, a prayer, verses to meditate on, and one verse to memorize to support you in your love walk. Additionally, at the end of each chapter there are questions to reflect on for personal evaluation or group study.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

—1 Corinthians 13:13

Armor of Light

A 7 - Week Devotional on Ephesians 6:10-18
Picture
The “Armor of Light” is a seven-week devotional series to help you effectively wear the armor of God. Each week focuses on a different piece of armor described in Ephesians 6:14-18:

“Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

Each devotional includes a note of encouragement, a prayer, meditation verses, and one memory verse to help you put on God’s armor daily. Additionally, at the end of each chapter there are questions for personal reflection or group discussion.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.”

~Ephesians 6:10-11
