NON-FICTION

FICTION

*I highly recommend this book. It's a true story about a father's frantic cross-country search for his missing son and how he found his faith. It's an amazing story. I read it in one day. I couldn't put it down. There are so many messages you walk away with from this book. Truly inspiring!
*I really enjoyed  this book. Warren takes Proverbs and shares Biblical teachings and stories that relate to each verse. The teachings include marriage, parenting, and spiritual living. I love all the stories Warren uses in this book. He makes it an enjoyable read while teaching you how to apply each Proverb to your life.
*I loved this book! I read it in less than a week. I couldn't put it down. It's book #1 of the Montana Skies series. It's an historical novel about a women who is desperate to save her sister from an abusive husband. She responds to an ad for a mail-order bride for a man in the Montana Territory in attempt to help save her sister.
*I really enjoyed this book. It's a fiction book inspired by the real-life story of one of history's greatest heroes of the faith, John Bunyan. Jody brings to life Elizabeth Bunyan recognizing the women who stood by his side and helped shape him into a hero. There is so much excitement in this book that keeps you wanting to flip to the next page.
*This is a great daily devotional. On each page, Tom shares a heartfelt inspiring poem along with a Bible verse. The next page is left blank to share whatever God speaks to your heart that day. I use this book almost every morning with my Bible reading. I love it!
*I loved this book. I cried through the whole book. It's a heartwarming story about a precious child named "Emily." She was born with down syndrome and two years later diagnosed with Leukemia. This short story tells how her life, with all its perceived imperfections, had great meaning. This book makes you appreciate each moment you have with your loved ones. Truly inspiring!
*I love all Terri Blackstock books. She's my favorite Christian Fiction writer. But this Restorations Series is my favorite. The books are listed in order. A crisis sweeps an entire high-tech planet back to the age before electricity. Each book shares a new challenge the Branning family has to face in the midst of this crisis.
*Book two

*This book was a blessing to me. Almost every time I picked it up to read a section the message would be what I needed for that day. Serge Roux-Levrat explains Scripture in an understandable way with the stories he shares. He teaches you how to apply God's Word to every area of your life. When we live for Christ, our lives are worth living!
*I just started reading this book. Chuck's passion for the Lord is contagious! He's an amazing writer. I already know this book will be a hit. I'll write more about it when I'm finished reading it.
                      *Book three

*This book was went beyond my expectations. The first night I started reading it I felt so uplifted as it cleared my mind of all anxiety. I love all the stories Kat shared on the importance of positive thinking and speaking. The water experiment blew me away (you'll have to read it to find out). It's only available as an ebook. But it's super cheap - $2.99.
